About us

The college aims to provide students with knowledge and resources to help them manage their mental wellbeing.

We provide courses and opportunities to support mental health and wellbeing through blogs, articles, newsletters, lived experience testimonials and more.

The college also has a student development programme, which offers development opportunities through modular learning and experiences to develop new transferable skills.

The college is free to residents of Hertfordshire over the age of 18.

The college is managed by Hertfordshire Partnership NHS University Foundation Trust (HPFT).

HPFT provides health and social care for people with mental health challenges and people with learning disabilities across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Norfolk and North Essex. HPFT provides planned and unplanned community and acute services to help people with their personal recovery.
