Your journey to recovery.

Recovery is a personal journey which can be aided by attending this short course, as you will gain an understanding of how to build a  meaningful life after a diagnosis. Learn about the diagnosis processes health professionals use and what techniques you can try to better manage your own wellbeing outside of the course.

Learning objectives:

· To understand how professionals diagnose and how differently diagnoses can be experienced.

· To understand recovery beyond a diagnosis as a journey.

· To learn how hope, empowerment, connectedness, self-identity and building a meaningful life are part of the recovery journey.
