This month’s featured course is the keeping well during social isolation course, delivered by talented tutors who wrote the course alongside students to inspire and uplift attendees in response to the current situation. An unmissable course, discussing topics around what to do if you feel isolated, how to stay connected, dealing with loss, self-compassion, creativity and how to use the situation to build opportunity. There is even a section on things to avoid! We have had fantastic feedback from students who have engaged thus far and it’s been great to see how our students' mood improved at the end of the course. Only one date left, so don’t miss out!
