About the seminar

This seminar explores making visual art and mark-making for expression, communication and to support mental health and personal recovery. You will hear a student’s personal story, and how art helps with mental health challenge, and how it supports their on-going recovery.

Learning objectives:

    • To explore making visual art and mark-making for expression, communication and supporting mental health and wellbeing
    • To consider practical activities you can start to support your personal recovery

This seminar takes place over 45 minutes in one session.
