About the course
Assertiveness is an important skill in life. It enables us to express our needs to others and assert important boundaries, and make choices in our lives. This 3 session course of 2 hours each session explores different communication styles, and gives you an opportunity to think about how you commonly communicate and how this is working for you. There is a practical focus with the opportunity to try out assertiveness skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Co-production is at the heart of the college and a vital part of our work includes using your feedback to ensure our courses are beneficial for all.
