About the course

In this seminar you will learn the importance of self-care,  helping you to take control by boosting self-esteem, taking action, achieving small goals and doing things that are important to you.

Learning objectives:

  • To understand what self-care is and why is it important in personal recover
  • To explore how self-care can relieve stress
  • To explore practical self-care ideasTo be confirmed

This seminar takes place over 45 minutes in one session.
