About the course

 

During session one, you will learn what fatigue is and how it can affect physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

In the second session, you will explore a range of strategies to support personal recovery. For example, you will learn how acceptance, awareness of values and pacing can help recovery, as well as a range of soothing techniques to manage chronic fatigue.

Learning Objectives:  

·  to develop an understanding of fatigue and its contributing factors

·  to learn recovery strategies to support you to live well with fatigue

This course takes place over four hours in two sessions.
