Five steps to wellbeing (3 hours over 1 session)

Explore each aspect of the five ways to wellbeing and what you can add into your everyday life to improve your emotional and mental wellbeing. Also, discover what steps can be taken when you are not feeling okay.

 

Learning objectives:

· To understand what the five ways to wellbeing are and how you can add them into your daily life.

· To understand the psychological and physiological workings of how the five ways can improve your wellbeing.

This venue is close to town centre transport links. There is no parking at the venue however local car parks are nearby.
