Planning for keeping well (3 hours over 1 session)

Explore what The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is and how it can be used when you are facing challenges which might impact on your wellbeing. In the three-hour course you will discover different ways of creating a WRAP and how you can make your own personal plan outside of the course.


Learning objectives:

· To understand about the history and evidence of WRAP.

· To understand how a WRAP can aid and support recovery.

· To place the WRAP in the wider context of personal recovery.

This venue is close to town centre transport links. There is no parking at the venue however local car parks and on-street parking nearby.
