Testimonials

This course really showed me just how much pressure I was putting myself under. This course gave me the opportunity to reflect and see that it didn’t matter if I wasn’t able to do everything on the list. I've since recognised that making long lists and having to many goals leads to feeling overwhelmed - that I was the source of all my own stress! This course was excellent at helping to identify areas of improvement and reduced my anxiety about feeling like a failure. I highly recommend it!” – Louisa, student and volunteer
