Testimonials

"Some incredible things happened to me after I took this course. I forgave myself, and others. I was holding on to a lot of anger, and I didn't like who I was for a long time either. But now, I have accepted my situation, who I am and what I can achieve; which I have learned is a lot if I just believe in myself. This course helped me achieve this by giving me time to reflect and teaching me what I was doing to damage my own wellbeing, as well as giving me techniques to be more self-compassionate in the future. It's even made me more compassionate towards others " - Louisa, student and volunteer.
