Hertfordshire Wellbeing Service offers free, confidential talking therapy and practical support for people experiencing common emotional difficulties. You can ask to be referred by a GP or self-refer online.
Mind in Mid Herts supports people who are experiencing mental or emotional distress and has wellbeing centres in St Albans, Stevenage, Hertford and Welwyn Garden City, in addition to offering a range of mental health services in these areas.
