During this short course, you will learn about the key concept of Wellbeing plans (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) and how to use one to support your own recovery. You will hear from experts by experience about why they have their own plans.
Learning objectives:
- To understand about the history and evidence of WRAP.
- To understand how a WRAP can aid and support recovery.
- To place the WRAP in the wider context of personal recovery.
This course takes place over three hours in one session.
