About the course

This evening session will introduce you to the common causes and effects of stress. You will also begin to explore practical ways of reducing and managing the stress in your life.

Learning objectives:

  • To understand what stress is and what the common signs of stress are
  • To understand the impact of stress on our physical and mental wellbeing
  • To become aware of some coping strategies for stress and how these can be applied to your own life

This course takes place over one hour in one session.
