About the course

Students will learn about the key concept of Wellbeing plans (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) and how to use one to support themselves in their own recovery.

The lived experience tutor will share why they have a wellbeing plan and what tools they have to support their mental wellbeing and personal recovery.

This session takes place over one hour in one session.
