About the course
This evening session will introduce you to what anxiety is. You will begin to learn some strategies to self-manage your anxiety to support your personal recovery.
Learning objectives
Students will gain an understanding of anxiety and some possible strategies to overcome it
and improve wellbeing.
This course takes place over one hour in one session.
