About the course

Students will learn about the key concept of Wellbeing plans (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) and how to use one to support themselves in their own recovery.

Experts by experience lead this session and share why they have a wellbeing plan and what tools they have to support their mental wellbeing and personal recovery.

This session takes place over two hours in one session.
