About the course
This evening session will introduce you to what depression is and some causes of depression. You will begin to learn some possible strategies to help you better manage depression and improve wellbeing.
Learning objectives:
- To gain an understanding of depression and some possible strategies to improve wellbeing.
This course takes place over one hour in one session.
