About the Course.

This reflective workshop invites students to explore the values that matter most to them and how those values can guide their recovery journey. Together, we’ll look at what gets in the way of living in line with our values, how external pressures can shape what feels possible, and how we can take small, meaningful steps toward living more authentically.

The course includes group discussion, creative reflection, and practical tools to support hope, identity, and self-direction. All welcome!

If you have any specific learning requirements, please contact the College in advance to discuss available support

This workshop takes place over two hours in one session.
