Course description
This course will teach you how important shared decision making is in your care and treatment. It will help you to discover how you can work with the people who support you to reach shared goals. It will explore some of the obstacles that can arise in the shared decision making process and how we can over come them together.
The learning objectives :
- Learn about the importance of shared decision making
- Learn how to work together on shared goals
- Explore how to overcome the obstacles to making decisions together
The session takes place over 1hr 45 minutes in one session.
