Music for mental wellbeing

This course will help you discover the science of how music affects mental health, and learn how you can use music listening to support your wellbeing.

Learning objectives:

  • To gain an understanding of the relationship between music and wellbeing
  • To learn some tools for using music listening to aid in wellbeing

This course takes place over three hours in one session.
