Storytelling is one of the foundations of our culture. We can create connections by sharing stories – especially those that offer inspiration and hope. Recovery in mental health is not always well understood; sharing your story makes personal recovery come alive. It also supports values and strengthens lessons learned from life experiences. It helps to build community and create connections.

Autumn term newsletter released

This term, our autumn newsletter focuses on reducing isolation and loneliness, looking after yourself during the winter and how to access support to improve your digita skills or locate equipment to get online.

You'll see an announcement about an exciting new tool which all college students will recieve when they enrol into the collge. 

You'll also read about black history month, how the college has helped students who felt suicidal and how to get tickets to HPFT's latst recovery conference.
