Five steps to wellbeing (3 hours over 1 session) Thursday 21st March 1pm-4pm

Explore each aspect of the five ways to wellbeing and what you can add into your everyday life to improve your emotional and mental wellbeing. Also, discover what steps can be taken for when you’re not feeling okay.

Learning objectives:

· To understand what the five ways to wellbeing are and how you can add them into your daily life.

· To understand the psychological and physiological workings of how the five ways can improve your wellbeing.

There is no parking at this venue however Intu shopping centre is nearby. If you have a blue badge please contact us.
