Spiritual self-care  (3 hours over 1 session) Friday 22nd March 2pm-5pm

Explore the different aspects of spirituality and what it means to you, on this short course. Discover different practices of spirituality you could  incorporate into your life such as singing and meditation, to help you better manage your wellbeing.

Learning objectives:

· To explore what ‘spirituality’ is and identity what it means to you.

· To understand how taking care of your spiritual self can contribute to your wellbeing.

· To understand how health spiritual practices can improve your wellbeing.

This venue is in a town centre location and there is nearby pay and display parking.
