About the course
This evening session will introduce you to what anxiety is. You will begin to learn some strategies to self-manage your anxiety to support your personal recovery.
- To gain an understanding of anxiety and its possible causes
- To gain knowledge about possible strategies to overcome anxiety and improve wellbeing
This course takes place over one hour in one session.
