About the course

During this course you will gain some understanding of how emotional intelligence is a skill that can help you to further access how you experience both your internal and external world and build upon your ability to communicate this to others.

 

Learning objectives:

·  To gain an understanding of what emotions are and how to recognise them

·  To explore how communicating emotions effectively can support mental wellbeing

This Course takes place over three hours in one session.
