About the course

Experiencing anxiety is normal for daily living, but it can make life difficult when it  happens often and causes you to feel nervous or upset it can become a problem. During this short course you will gain knowledge of what anxiety is and learn some strategies to self-mange your anxiety to support your personal recovery.

Learning objectives:

· To gain an understanding of anxiety and its possible causes.

· To gain knowledge about possible strategies to overcome it and improve wellbeing

 This course takes place over three hours in one session
