About the course

We will discuss the difference between personal recovery and clinical recovery. You will hear how personal recovery has supported a lived experience tutor's mental wellbeing, and also we will discuss self-management, hope, choice and control to move along the recovery path.

Learning objectives:

•  To understand the difference between personal recovery and clinical recovery

•  To understand the importance of self-management, hope, choice and control
