About the course

In this course students will learn about wellbeing (WRAP) plans and how they can be used to support mental wellbeing and personal recovery. There will be an opportunity for students to start their wellbeing plans and to consider how these and other tools can empower them to take ownership of their personal recovery.

Learning objectives

·  To understand the key concepts of wellbeing plans (WRAPs) and how to use one to support personal recovery

·  To have an opportunity to begin a wellbeing plan to help personal empowerment.

This session takes place over Two hours in one session.
