About the Course
Your journey to recovery.
Recovery is a personal journey; this course discusses how to build a meaningful life after receiving a diagnosis. Learn about techniques you can try to manage your own mental and physical wellbeing better.
Learning objectives:
• To understand how professionals diagnose and how differently diagnoses can be experienced
• To understand recovery beyond diagnosis as a journey
• To learn how hope, empowerment, connectedness, self-identity, and building a meaningful life are part of the recovery journey
This course takes place over three hours in one session.
