About the course

This course explores the role of acceptance and how working towards our values supports mental health recovery and wellbeing.

Learning Objectives:

  • To understand what acceptance and recovery mean to you
  • To understand the barriers to acceptance and recovery
  • To explore strategies that help with acceptance
  • To help you connect with your values

This course takes place over three hours in one session.

Students can choose from our online courses and our face to face courses in local Hertfordshire venues
