This workshop explores the role of acceptance in aiding personal recovery and wellbeing for those in emotional pain.
You will hear a student’s personal story about how acceptance has helped them in times of emotional pain and led them to experience life more fully, without as much struggle and with the vitality of commitment towards doing what matters.
