These courses are for:
- Any professionals who support people with complex emotional needs (or a diagnosis of personality disorder). This can include, but is not limited to, those working in healthcare, the police, the ambulance service, the fire service, local authority and services that support people with health challenges.
The one-day course is suitable for any professional at all levels who may occasionally interact with people with complex emotional needs during their normal working day (such as receptionists, administrative staff, and telephone support staff).
The three-day course is suitable for any professional whose role is likely to directly support or regularly interact with people with complex emotional needs (e.g., inpatient and community-based staff across all roles, and staff from key agencies and charities, e.g., CGL, MIND, and the police).
