5 steps to wellbeing course

About the course

Students will gain an understanding of what the five recognised ways to wellbeing are and what activities they can use in their daily life to better manage their emotional and mental wellbeing. This session will also look at the biology behind why the five ways make us feel better.

Learning objectives:

  • To understand what the five ways to wellbeing are and how you can incorporate them into your daily life.
  • To understand the psychological and physiological workings of how the five ways can improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

 This course takes place over three hours in one session.

We teach our courses in a classroom or online. You can find the venues' locations on the venues page, including travel information and facilities.
