This seminar follows on from the seminar ‘Understanding self-care’ but it can also be taken as a stand-alone session.
You will hear from students of the College with a lived experience of mental health challenges. They will share some practical self-care ideas that have worked for them in improving their wellbeing.
You will be encouraged you to start your own personalized self-care plan based on what’s important to you and what brings you joy.
This seminar takes place over three hours in one session.
