Social media and wellbeing: finding balance in a digital world
Social media and wellbeing: finding balance in a digital world

About the course

Social media is part of everyday life - helping us stay in touch, find support, and express ourselves. But it can also affect how we feel, often without us noticing. This course is a chance to reflect on your relationship with social media and how it impacts your wellbeing.

Learning Objectives:

  • Look at why we scroll and what keeps us hooked
  • Think about the emotional and social sides of being online
  • Learn some useful ways to set boundaries and look after our mental health
  • Create a personal plan for using social media in a more balanced way

Whether you use social media a little or a lot, this course offers space to pause, reflect and explore what works for you. No pressure, no judgement - just a chance to feel more aware and in control.

This course takes place over two hours in one session.
