About the course

Depression is more than feeling unhappy or sad, and it can affect different aspects of your life. This course helps you understand the psychological, physiological and biological causes of depression and explores practical strategies to help you better manage your depression day to day.

Learning objectives:

  • To gain an understanding of depression and its possible causes
  • To gain knowledge about possible strategies to overcome it and improve wellbeing

This course takes place over three hours in one session.
