About the session

This session explores making visual art and mark-making for expression, communication and to support mental health and personal recovery. You will hear a student’s personal story, how art helps in times of personal mental health challenge and how it continues to support their on-going recovery.

Learning objectives:

  • To explore making visual art and mark-making for expression, communication and supporting mental health and wellbeing
  • To consider practical activities you can start to support your personal recovery
This session takes place over one hour in one session.
