About the course

Stress is a reaction that is becoming more prevalent in today’s fast-paced society. This course will increase your knowledge of the effect of stress on you psychologically and physiologically. You will also explore practical ways to reduce and manage the stress in your life and your mental health more effectively.

Learning objectives:

  • To understand what stress is and what the common causes and signs of stress are
  • To understand the impact of stress on our physical and mental wellbeing
  • To become aware of coping strategies for stress and how these can be applied to your own life

This course takes place over three hours in one session.
