About the course

This evening session will introduce you to what stress is and its common signs. You will also begin to explore some coping strategies for stress to improve wellbeing. 

Learning objectives:

  • To understand what stress is and what the common signs of stress are
  • To consider some coping strategies for stress to improve wellbeing

This course takes place over one hour in one session.
