About the session

In this workshop students will learn about wellbeing (WRAP) plans and how they can be used to support mental wellbeing and personal recovery. There will be an opportunity for students to start their wellbeing plans and to consider how these and other tools can empower them to take ownership of their personal recovery.

Learning objectives

  • To understand the key concepts of wellbeing plans (WRAP) and how to use one to support personal recovery
  • To have an opportunity to begin a wellbeing plan to help personal empowerment

This course takes place over two hours in one session.

An introduction to wellbeing plans

Students will learn about the key concept of Wellbeing plans (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) and how to use one to support themselves in their own recovery. Lived experience tutors lead this session and share why they have a wellbeing plan and what tools they have to support their mental wellbeing and personal recovery.
