About the course

Experiencing anxiety is normal in daily life, but it can make life difficult when it happens often and causes you to feel nervous or upset. During this short course, you will understand what anxiety is and learn some strategies to self-manage your anxiety to support your personal recovery.

Learning objectives:

  • To gain an understanding of anxiety and its possible causes
  • To gain knowledge about possible strategies to overcome it and improve wellbeing

This course takes place over three hours in one session.

We teach our courses in a classroom or online. You can find the venues' locations on the venues page, including travel information and facilities.
